Effective Date: 09/06/2026 Last Updated: 09/06/2026
Prime Vapor Club ("Prime Vapor Club," "we," "us," or "our") operates primevaporclub.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Prime Vapor Club sells nicotine products intended only for adults of legal purchasing age. Because of federal and state laws governing the sale and shipment of these products, we are required to collect and, in some cases, report certain information about our customers to government agencies. Those requirements are described in detail below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Age Restriction
The Site is intended solely for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete it, except where we are required by law to retain records of an attempted or completed transaction.
If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@primevaporclub.com.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, password, phone number
- Order information: billing address, shipping address, order contents, order history

- Marketing preferences: email and SMS subscription status, product interests
- Reviews and user content: product reviews, ratings, and any other content you submit
2.2 Age and Identity Verification Information
To comply with federal and state law, we verify that every customer is of legal purchasing age before completing a sale. This verification is performed by third-party verification providers on our behalf. Depending on the verification method required, you may be asked to provide:
- Date of birth
- Full legal name and residential address
- The last four digits of your Social Security number
- A copy or photograph of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a driver's license or passport)
- A photograph of yourself for comparison against your identification document, where required
Our verification providers may compare the information you supply against public and commercial records, including credit header data and identity databases, in order to confirm your age and identity.
Sensitive information. Government-issued identification numbers, images of identification documents, and any facial or biometric data derived from identity verification are treated as sensitive personal information under applicable law. We collect this information only for the purpose of verifying your age and identity as required by law, and for detecting and preventing fraud. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to legal compliance and fraud prevention, and we do not sell or share it.

4. Government Reporting and Legally Required Disclosures
Please read this section carefully. It describes disclosures we are legally required to make and that you cannot opt out of.
Federal law, specifically the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (the "PACT Act"), as amended, together with various state tobacco and vapor product laws, requires remote sellers of nicotine products to register with and file regular reports to government authorities.
As a result, we are required to disclose information about your purchases, including your name, shipping address, and the type and quantity of products purchased, to:
- The tobacco tax administrator, department of revenue, or equivalent agency of each state into which we ship products
- The United States Attorney General
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
- Any other federal, state, or local authority that requires such reporting
These reports are generally filed on a monthly basis and are a mandatory condition of our ability to sell and ship these products lawfully. You cannot opt out of this reporting, and it is not considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under state privacy laws. If you do not wish your purchase information to be reported to state and federal authorities, do not place an order.
We are also required to retain records relating to these sales for the period specified by applicable law. Requests to delete your personal information will not extend to records we are legally required to keep. See Section 9.
Separately, we may disclose personal information where required to do so by subpoena, court order, or other lawful legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
