LEGAL AND SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Age Verification Requirement
Prime Vapor Club only ships to customers who are 21 years of age or older. All orders require age verification at checkout. Customers must provide a valid date of birth to complete a purchase. False representation of age is illegal and will result in order cancellation and possible legal action.
Prohibited Orders
We will not ship to any customer who:
- Is under 21 years of age
- Provides false or fraudulent age verification information
- Attempts to circumvent our age gate or verification system
- Orders to a location where tobacco or nicotine products are prohibited by law
Signature Required
All orders are shipped via signature confirmation. A person aged 21 or older must be present to sign for delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended. If delivery fails due to age verification at the door, the package will be returned to Prime Vapor Club at no refund.

Prime Vapor Club ships to the following states:

No Shipping Outside Listed States
We do not ship to any state, territory, or location not listed above. Orders placed for shipment outside these states will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
State Regulations
Tobacco and nicotine product regulations vary by state and locality. Some states impose flavor restrictions, taxes, licensing requirements, or additional compliance measures. Prime Vapor Club complies with all applicable state and local laws. We reserve the right to restrict shipments to specific states or counties if regulations change or conflict with our compliance obligations.
PMTA Compliance
Prime Vapor Club sells only tobacco products from manufacturers actively engaged in the FDA's Premarket Tobacco Application (PMTA) process. We focus on products that have received Marketing Granted Orders (MGOs) or are currently undergoing FDA review under valid PMTA submissions. All products in our catalog are sourced from manufacturers pursuing regulatory authorization and are sold only in jurisdictions where they are permitted by law.
Tax Responsibility
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal taxes related to tobacco and nicotine products. Some states impose additional excise taxes on these products. Tax calculations and collection vary by location. Prime Vapor Club will collect applicable sales and excise taxes as required by law, but customers remain liable for any additional taxes owed.
Local Restrictions
Some cities and counties impose additional restrictions on the sale, shipment, or possession of tobacco and nicotine products beyond state law. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that ordering from Prime Vapor Club is legal in their jurisdiction. We do not make legal determinations for individual locations.
Flavor Restrictions
Some states and localities restrict or ban flavored nicotine products. Customers must verify that the products they order are legal in their state and locality before purchase. Prime Vapor Club will not knowingly ship products that violate local flavor restrictions, but customers remain responsible for compliance.
Non-Refundable Restricted Products
If a customer receives a restricted product due to local regulation changes or misrepresentation of their location, the order is non-refundable. We will not accept returns of products that become illegal in a customer's state after delivery. Customers accept full responsibility for compliance with local law upon purchase.
Illegal Activities
We do not knowingly sell products to customers who intend to:
- Redistribute, resell, or traffic tobacco or nicotine products
- Circumvent age restrictions or shipping limitations
- Ship products across state lines outside legal channels
- Violate any local, state, or federal tobacco law
Violations of this policy will result in account termination, order cancellation, and potential referral to law enforcement.
Customs and International
Prime Vapor Club does not ship internationally or to US territories. All products are for domestic use only within the 50 states and DC.
